Mr. Thomas "T.J." Williams, 76, 1916 E. Fairview Avenue, Johnson City passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City and was a son of the late Perry and Chlora Shields Williams. Mr. Williams worked as a truck driver for Thomas Construction. He was a veteran having served his country in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Eorgan and Joyce Miller. Survivors include two sisters, Wanda Pellerin and her husband, Fred of Cloquet, MN and Barbara Laws of Johnson City; also several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mr. Williams will be conducted at 1:45 PM Friday, January 11, 2013 in the Mountain Home National Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the Boone Dam VFW Honor Guard Detail. Everyone attending this service is asked to meet at the cemetery.
