Samantha L. Correll

Samantha L. Correll, 48, 1461 Scott Farm Road, Afton passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Charleston, SC and a daughter of Ruby Louise Miller Phillips of Johnson City and the late Howard Phillips. Mrs. Correll was a homemaker. Survivors in addition to her mother includes her husband, Johnny D. Correll; a daughter, Danielle Correll of Afton; two brothers, Marshall Phillips and wife, Marlene of Florida and Tony Phillips of Reno, NV; three sisters, Tina Brown of Medicine Bowl, WY, Marlene Adams and husband, Bill of Jonesborough and Penny Walters and husband, Jim of GA; also several nieces and nephews. It was Samantha's wish that no formal services be held. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the family in care of Johnny Correll, 1461 Scott Farm Road, Afton, TN 37616 to help with funeral expenses.
