Rose Ann Norris, 51, of Elizabethton passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 21, 2015 in Elizabethton. She was a native of Wilmington, Delaware and was a daughter of Stella Walker McCoy and the late Bob Norris. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandbabies and kids. Rose was charming, outgoing and had a heart out of this world... would give you the shirt off her back and light up any room she walked in. She cooked for everyone and her food was by far amazing! She will be truly missed. Survivors in addition to her mother includes two daughters, Jennifer Dugger of North East, Maryland and Sherry Dugger of Kingsport, TN; three grandchildren, Bentley Dugger, Mariah Howell and Maleah Brown; a brother, Randy Norris. Well since I was treated like I were never born. Let me introduce myself Tina Nichole McCoy Dunmyer, & I am the sister of Rose Ann Norris (( MY SISSY )) & my son CHRISTOPHER LEE SEXTON,SISSY IS HIS AUNT CAUSE SHE IS MY SISTER. Just because I wasn't in the state when she passed but we were talking on tha phone quite a bit and we were at peace with each other months before she passed. But she told me what was bothering her. I love u so much sis. Was suppose to get some ashes of u sis but they didn't put my name as ur sister. But we are still sister no matter what they say. Love and miss talking to u. Fly high my Sissy and give our mom and my husband Timothy Dunmyer a big hugs for me. U 3 be waiting on me. I can't wait to see u 3 again. 😢😇😇😇😇😇😘💞💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋😇😇😇😇😇😇
