Rachel Anne Williams, 67, Johnson City, died Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at her residence unexpectedly. She was born in San Diego, CA to the late Howard and Marjorie Dial. Rachel was a retired CNA. She was also an ordained minister. In addition to her parents Rachel was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Dial son-in-law, Robert Knight, grandson, Austin. Survivors include her husband, Hiram Lee Williams, Sr.; daughters, Robyn Dalton and husband Clinton, Amber Knight; son, Bryan Williams and wife Kristen; step sons, Lee Williams and wife Fanny, Keith Harris; grandchildren, Logan, Ethan, Diesel, Kaley, Alexis, Madison, Victoria; step grandchildren, Sidney, Alan, Dillon, Christina; brother, Johnny Dial; sister, Jo Dial. The funeral service for Rachel will be held Monday, December 20, 2021, at 12:00 P.M. in the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Parton, officiating. The graveside committal service will follow in Mountain Home National Park. Pallbearers will be Clinton Dalton, Logan Williams, Austin Miller, Dillon Dalton, Cordney Parker, and John Smith. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
