Phyllis J. Marshall

Phyllis J. Marshall, 66, of Johnson City passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Bristol, Virginia. Mrs. Marshall was a U.S. Marine veteran having served her country during the Vietnam War. She was preceded in death by a son, Chad Bingham and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her husband, Carlyle Marshall of Johnson City; a daughter, Shannon Black of Johnson City; two sons, Todd Bingham of Bristol and Preston Carpenter and wife, Stephanie of Johnson City; a sister, Carolyn; seven grandchildren, Chandler, Jaden, Riley, Phoebe, Kynlee and Dakota; a special friend, Wanda Nave of Florida; also several nieces and nephews.
