Norman Ray Rowe

Norman Ray Rowe, 89, of Johnson City passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County and was a son of the late Hugh and Mabel Tipton Rowe. He was a U.S Army veteran having served his country during World War II. Mr. Rowe was retired from the Va Medical Center where he worked as an Nursing Assisant.Graveside services with military honors provided by the Carter County Honor Guard will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, May 3, 2018 in the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
