Matthew Evangeliste Andersen, Jonesborough, a beloved son, father, and brother, took his last breath at the young age of 37 on Monday, July 4, 2022, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton.Matt was born in Apopka, FL to Judy Lundquist Claybaker and the late David Paul Andersen, Sr.From the time he came into this world he loved with his entire heart. Matt loved to fish, but his true passion and greatest achievement in this world was his children. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.Survivors include his dad, Larry Claybaker; children, Dean Andersen, Dylan Andersen, Paisley Moore; siblings, David Andersen, Jr., LaDonna Collinsworth and husband Cal, John Andersen and wife Amie, Brittney Parker and husband Andy, Amber Booker and husband Levi; several nieces and nephews.The celebration of Matt’s life will be held Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. in the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home, 800 E.
