Mary Jane Tuggle, 71, of Jonesborough passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the residence. She was a native of Chadsford, Pennsylvania and was a daughter of the late William Franklin Moulton and Mable Bailey Moulton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Billy Tuggle and three sisters, Anna Tuggle, Joan Moulton and Patsy Stopps. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Racavich of Elkton Maryland; a son, Bobby Tuggle of Chuckey; a granddaughter, Ashley Tuggle; her boyfriend, George Cahill; nieces, Sara Tuggle and Treacy Lynn; a nephew, Barry Fortner; also several other nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mary will be conducted at 3:00 PM Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery, Highway 81, Jonesborough with Mr. Louie Blevins officiating.
