Kathleen J. Wilson

Kathleen J. Wilson, 81, 2010 W. G. Street, Elizabethton passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Magnolia, Delaware and the daughter of the late Clearance and Emma Viola Holdeman Jester. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Hunter United Methodist Church in Elizabethton where she was a member of the UMW. She also was a member of the Easter Star of Elizabethton. She had worked as a CPA for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Wilson Sr. in 1994; also a daughter, Linda Ann Wilson. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Kay Wilson of Elizabethton; a son, John Wesley Wilson Jr. of Johnson City; five grandchildren, Michelle Lee Shelton, Lee Ann Wiggins, James Broseter, Kimberly Nelson and John Feltes; six great-grandchildren, Lexi, Jacob, Andrew, Emma, Brandon and Robert. A memorial service for Mrs. Wilson will be conducted at 6:00 PM Monday, May 4, 2015 in the Hunter United Methodist Church, 722 Tn-91, Elizabethton with Pastor Estel Williams officiating. The family will greet friends at the church from 5:00 PM until the service hour. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Delaware.
