James Harold Krouse

James Harold Krouse, 89, 1711 E. Fairview Avenue, Johnson City passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015 in the Franklin Woods Community Hospital. He was a native of Johnson City and had moved to Highland, Michigan at an early age where he lived until moving back to Johnson City last year. Mr. Krouse was a son of the late Paul and Hattie Mae Hale Krouse. He retired from Consumer Power in Michigan. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an aunt that raised him, Bertha Sanders; a special friend and companion, Beatrice Robertson. Survivors include a sister, Ruth Krouse of Johnson City; two brothers, J.C. "Jack" Krouse and his wife, Wanda and Charles Krouse all of Johnson City; a cousin, Ruth Tesenary of Johnson City; a second cousin and caregiver, Carolyn Hill of Johnson City; a special friend, Mary Ellen Frederick of Highland, Michigan; also several nieces and nephews.
