I met him at the McDonald's near his house, said he liked the coffee there. He told me he would have met me at the house but his chihuahuas wouldn't have let me in.
I stopped by the next time I was in town and he was right about the chihuahuas. We stood out on the front porch and talked a while, he was a very interesting man, I'm glad I got the chance to meet him again - Michael Strong

James is my cousin and I deeply regret not knowing him better - he was a couple of years ahead of me in high school, but Jackie was my classmate - his mother Nelle was also one of my favorite people. We did share a common Army career and I would like to especially honor his service. Glenn Stroup
