Dennis Landon Dunn

Dennis Landon Dunn, 84, of Jonesborough passed away Friday, July 26, 2019 in Four Oaks Health Care Center. He was a native of Sullivan County and was a son of the late John William Dunn and Flora Hicks Dunn. Mr. Dunn had worked for Magnavox and most of his life in the carpentry profession building houses. He loved to work in his garden and enjoyed fishing. Mr. Dunn was a member of Buffalo Ridge Baptist Church in Gray. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Gayle Dunn and a sister, Dorothy Dunn.Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years, Wanda Mae Cash Dunn; five sons; three brothers; five sisters; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services for Mr. Dunn will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, July 29, 2019 in the Maplelawn Cemetery, Jonesborough with Rev. Randy Robertson officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from the family and friends.
