Deborah Kay Cox

Deborah Kay Cox, 65, Johnson City passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Johnson City and was the daughter of the late Dorothy Fields Gobble. Deborah had worked for Southeast Industries for many years. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her son, James Travis Cox in 2019. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Mickey Ray Cox and several nieces and nephews. Due to the current COVID-19 regulations set by the CDC of no more than 10 people gathering at a time, the family will have a private graveside service at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Rob, Terry, Ricky Cox, Robert Anthony Bennett, Justin and Otis Hawks III. Danny Fair will serve as an honorary pallbearer. Condolences may be made online at www.wadugger.com.
