David Ricky Hall

David Ricky Hall, 60, 176 Barnes Road, Jonesborough passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 6, 2015 at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County and was a son of the late Elmer and Pauline Greene Hall. Mr. Hall was retired due to disability. He was a Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Hall and four sisters. Sandy Story, Vickie Howren, Debbie Hall and Refonda Hall Rowe. Survivors include his loving wife, Martha Osborne Hall of the home; a daughter, Elizabeth Hoilman and husband, Jamie of Telford; a step-son, James Wesley Tolley of Jonesborough; eight brothers and sisters, Carolyn Davidson, Linda Church and husband, Dwight, Elmer Hall and wife, Janet, Kathy Hall and John, Michael Hall, Randy Hall, Rodney Hall and wife, Darlene and Connie Ayers; four grandchildren, Walker and Dalton Brown and Catlyn and Logan Hoilman; also many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Hall will be conducted at 7:00 PM Friday, September 11, 2015 in the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home, 800 E. Watauga Avenue, Johnson City with the Rev. James Chatman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until the service hour.
