Cheryl Ann Willen

Cheryl Ann Willen, 46, Johnson City passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a lifetime native of Johnson City and was a daughter of the late Ralph Willen and Meredith Chapman Willen Dugger of Elizabethton. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her step-father, Rickey Dugger and a half-sister, Vickie Willen.Survivors in addition to her mother includes a brother, Chris Willen; two sisters, Katherine Yarbrough and Donna Willen; a sister-in-law, Alisha Willen; a nephew, Michael Willen; a dear friend, Natalie Smith; also her precious fur babies..A memorial service will be held at a later date.
