Jonesborough – Brian H. Garland, 57, died unexpectedly January 20, 2019, at his home in Jonesborough, TN. He was born January 18, 1962, in Westminster, Maryland, the son of Arthur R. and Joyce Ann (Hughes) Garland.In addition to his father, Brian’s nephew, Justin Wayne Gardner, preceded him in death. Surviving in addition to his wife of 26 years, Dinah Crowe, are his son, David Garland; daughter, Jessie Musselman (Kody), and one grandson, Leon; mother, Joyce Garland; sisters, Sharon Gardner (Kenneth) and Loretta Holtzhower (Eddie); nephews, Michael Holtzhower and Eric Holtzhower; nieces, Shannon (Gardner) Wilson and Dawn (Holtzhower) Lewis; three great-nephews.“I only wish for one thing to be said in the paper, only that I loved my family, my children, my wife, my mom, dad, sisters, grandchild, Joe Bowman, and Thomas Simmons. Wayne and I thought a great deal of Brian over the yesrs. Bought the 69 Mustang from him. Always friendly and hospitable to us ever time we were around him. Love & Prayers for all the family.
