Barbara L. Campbell

UNICOI- Margaret Lucille Campbell, 88, passed away on Friday (April 10, 2015) at Johnson City Medical Center following an extended illness. She was a member of the Unicoi County Church of God. Mrs. Campbell enjoyed sewing, wildbirds, and working in her garden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Alma Sluder, daughter, Ginger Campbell; brothers, John Sluder, Bob Sluder, and Conley Harper. She was survived by her husband of 71 years, Lee Victor Campbell, son, Richard Dale Campbell and his wife, Verdia of Unicoi, daughter, Donna Lee Carr of Colorado, sister, Rebecca Ryan and her husband, Mark, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Appalachian Funeral Home, 800 East Watauga St., Johnson City, TN. with Rev. Eddie Blazer officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until the service hour. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday in Roselawn Memory Gardens. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
