Ashley Vicente

Ashley Vicente, age 9, of 136 Country Garden Road, #105, Johnson City passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 in Kingsport. She was a native of Johnson City and the daughter of Nicolas Vicente and Carmela Cruz-Cruz. Ashley was a student of Hunter Elementary School and attended East River Park Christian Church-Spanish Ministry in Elizabethton. Ashley was a special young lady and was loved by all who met her. She will truly be missed. In addition to her parents she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Juan Cruz Pelaez and Epifania Cruz Martinez of Mexico City, Mexico; two aunts, Antonia Cruz and Dolores Cruz and a uncle, Victor Cruz all of Johnson City; also her special Papa, Wayne Shirley and his wife, Mary of Johnson City. Funeral services for Ashley will be conducted at 7:00 PM Friday, August 16, 2013 in the Chapel of Woodall-Anderson and Dugger Funeral Home with Mr. Francisco Franco officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until the service hour. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 17, 2013 in the Roselawn Memory Gardens with Mr. Barry Pettit officiating. Everyone attending this service is asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:00 AM to go in procession to the cemetery.
